Tournament Participation

Entry Fees

• Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament begins
• Refunds may be issued if a tournament is cancelled by organizers

Fair Play

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs is prohibited
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification
• Match-fixing or collusion is strictly forbidden

Prizes

• Prizes are awarded as specified in tournament details
• Prize distribution is subject to verification of results
• Tax obligations for prizes are the responsibility of winners

Purchases

• All merchandise sales are final
• Perk purchases are non-refundable
• Prices are displayed in Sierra Leonean Leone (SLE)

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Intellectual Property

All content on Arcadia is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Arcadia is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Arcadia after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
